The HEMI 5.7L V-8 is the headline here, delivering 390 horsepower with cylinder deactivation, regular unleaded fuel, and a 6-speed automatic transmission with Tow/Haul Mode for workdays that run a little longer than planned. In 4WD form, this 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn brings the kind of capability many pickup buyers want, along with practical hardware like a heavy-duty transmission oil cooler, trailer sway control, a trailer wiring harness, and 2 front tow hooks. It also includes a drop-in bed liner, running boards, a rear bumper step, and a full-size spare tire, making it ready for hauling, loading, and everyday use.
Inside, the Laramie Longhorn trim gives the cabin a premium feel without losing the utility of a true truck.
Heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, leather upholstery, wood and metal-look accents, dual-zone automatic climate control, power-adjustable pedals, navigation with voice activation, Bluetooth audio streaming, Sirius traffic, and a 506W amplifier with 10 speakers all help make longer drives more comfortable. Memory settings for the mirrors, audio, and pedals are a welcome convenience, and the heated steering wheel adds another layer of comfort in colder weather.
Safety and visibility features include a rearview camera, rear parking sensors, ABS with traction control, stability control, multiple airbags, heated mirrors, and automatic headlights. With 126,277 miles, this Ram offers strong V8 character, premium trim touches, and the kind of feature mix that makes a full-size pickup feel especially well-rounded.
